1) It refers to the moment when you laugh at something funny from the past like it is currently happening.
- Why are you laughing? what's so funny?
- Oh nothing, I just had a laughback.
2) It refers to the sound a person made at the end of their laugh: when a person inhale after a laugh.
- My friend has a strange laughback, it sounds so funny.
